No. TII is being developed as a social finance initiative (financing, not grants).

Who is TII for?

How will decisions be made?

Governance is a core part of the design. We’re developing decision-making processes that are clear, responsible, and accountable to community.

Are you using credit checks?

Financial responsibility matters, but we’re exploring alternatives to standard credit approaches that can unfairly exclude people.
